Our Cancellation Policy



We understand that sometimes, life happens. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so with as much notice as possible so that the appointment may be filled. A cancellation or no-show fee may be charged at your next appointment.

Please respect our time as well as other clients' time, we also respect your time and will phone you accordingly if we are running behind schedule on the day. View our cancellation fees below for more details. Thank you.

• More than 24 hours notice - no fee.
• Less than  24 hours notice - A 50% fee will be charged at your next appointment.
• No-shows - 100% fee will be charged at your next appointment. Gift vouchers may be forfeited for no-shows.* 

*If extenuating circumstances or an emergency occurs, we may choose to not forfeit the Gift Card at our discretion.
